Chateau South is located just past the Taylor County line off of Rt. 250 and offers breathtaking scenery & amenities. A large assortment of apartments are offered at Chateau South such as 1 bedroom / 1 bath, 2 bedroom / 2 bath, & 3 bedroom / 2 bath styles, both with and without garages.
Our amenities include a heated and lighted swimming pool, exercise course, lighted tennis court, fishing ponds with fountains, playground, all wood/stone exteriors, free guest parking, garages, gas-burning log fireplaces, walk-in closets, decks, laundry room, tiled floors, carpeted rooms, cathedral ceilings, recessed lighting, dishwashers, garbage disposals, handicap access available, and more!
Washer and dryer hookups are available in all apartments. You can bring your own washer & dryer or rent ours for an additional $45.00 per month. Also, if you need extra storage space, AAA Storage Units are located near our sister complex, the Villages at Whitehall.
